ProofYear

The credential is the evidence.

ProofYear ultimately requires two consequential proofs: competence and economic agency.

Proof of Competence asks whether the learner can repeatedly perform the capability at a standard that survives verification. Proof of Economic Agency asks whether that capability can create useful external value and whether the learner can act on opportunities. Work products, provenance, tests, external outcomes and records support those claims. Nothing counts until there is proof.
